We did it!

This past week, Mia and I walked with each other twice! We got together on Wednesday and did our normal around downtown loop, 4 times. Then on Friday we started walking up through the park working toward where we will be going on the Forest Service road that the race is on. We walked all the way through the park to the gate that blocks the FS road. That was all uphill, but the conversation was great so I barely noticed it. It was a total of approx. 3.28 miles. The weather was perfect too! Looking forward to two walks again this upcoming week.
